Job summary

BMW of Pittsburgh is seeking a motivated Lot Attendant - Porter (Part Time) to keep the vehicle inventory presentable and provide outstanding service on the customer experience in Pittsburgh, PA. You will move vehicles safely between service bays, sales floor, and customer parking areas, while maintaining the lot, showroom, and service areas in pristine condition.

You’ll assist customers with retrieval and delivery and perform routine checks such as tires and fluid levels, including washing

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate various vehicle types safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work part-time hours as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles to and from service bays, sales floor, and customer parking areas safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, showroom, and service areas.
• Assist customers with vehicle retrieval and delivery in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform routine maintenance checks such as tire pressure, fluid levels, and washing vehicles as needed.
• Support the service team with any additional tasks to enhance customer satisfaction and operational flow.
