Cambridge Rindge & Latin School (CRLS) in Cambridge, MA is hiring two 0.34 FTE Hourly Lunchroom Aides. Under supervision of the Principal, Assistant Principal, and Kitchen Manager, you will help prepare the cafeteria for lunch, distribute meals, supervise students, and assist with transitions.

The role requires comfort in a fast-paced, diverse environment, a willingness to engage in light cleaning, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors. Immediate start; part-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare the cafeteria for lunch.
• Distribute lunches to classrooms.
• Supervise lunch and outdoor recess.
• Remind and redirect students on behavior expectations.
• Clean cafeteria tables and reset for next periods.
• Engage in play with students during recess.
• Assist with transitions between cafeteria and playground.
