Responsibilities

• Load merchandise onto delivery trucks or transfer vehicles.
• Assist with unloading deliveries as needed.
• Sort and rack lumber by grade and length.
• Read work orders or invoices to determine items to move or load.
• Assist customers with loading purchased merchandise.
• Maintain clean and orderly yard and racks.
• Operate forklift to load or move merchandise.
• Complete daily forklift inspections.
• Follow loss prevention and inventory procedures.
• Communicate customer issues to staff.
