Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring part-time crew members and lube techs across the country. No experience is required; we will train you to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, and perform light maintenance while you stay in your car.

Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, plus paid training and weekly bonuses. Many of our leaders started as lube techs, with opportunities for advancement into management roles.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Willing to learn, work hard and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change the oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
