Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Part-Time Oil Change Team Member to join our growing team. You’ll help with oil changes, blade and air filter replacement, tire inflation, and light maintenance while customers stay in their vehicles.

No experience is required; we train you. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions, plus paid weekly. This role offers growth through internal promotions and paid training as you advance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training to become a lube technician.
• Up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit safely under cars.
• Must walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil, change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
