Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring part-time crew members and lube techs. No prior experience required; we train you to change oil, replace wiper blades/air filters, fill tires, and perform light maintenance. Earn up to $15/hr with base pay and commissions.

We promote from within—over 90% of our Shop Managers started as lube techs—which includes paid training and opportunities for advancement. Part-time schedules, weekly pay, and free oil changes are common benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Paid training provided.
• Move up fast with internal promotion opportunities.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; able to maneuver in a shallow pit; stand/walk for extended periods; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filter.
• Wash windshield and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
