Job summary

Arc of Greater Prince William/INSIGHT, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing services at a Manassas group home. 8 hours/week, Sundays 6AM-2PM, with potential to combine with other openings.

The role requires an active LPN license, experience with IDD, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills. Training like CPR/First Aid, MAT, Medicaid Waiver, Human Rights, OSHA, and Van Training may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have LPN license to practice in Virginia.
• Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services to individuals in the INSIGHT program who require nursing support.
• Provide guidance and direction to staff on health issues.
• Provide health-related education to staff who support individuals in the INSIGHT programs.
