Job summary

Mercy is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Bridge program, designed for students balancing work, studies, and life. You'll gain hands-on experience in an acute care hospital, under RN supervision, across Medical/Surgical and specialty units.

Eligible candidates are enrolled in LPN-to-RN programs and will receive mentorship, flexible scheduling, tuition support, and real opportunities to advance toward RN licensure while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school.
• Missouri LPN license required.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision of licensed personnel.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments and supports RN progress.
