Harmony Gardens, a Cassia community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Maplewood, MN team. This part-time role covers every other weekend with days from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, providing essential resident care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating care, and documenting assessments. Candidates must have 1+ year LPN experience, MN license in good standing, and strong communication skills. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of LPN experience.
• Current MN LPN license and in good standing with Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who works well on a team.

Responsibilities

• Display courtesy and respect for residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administer medications and monitor effectiveness as ordered.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment per policies.
• Document resident care using computerized systems.
• Notify Clinical Manager and physicians of significant changes and follow up.
• Monitor nursing staff on duty during the shift.
