Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in NC with active license.
• Experience as LPN preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and evaluate patient care plans with the team.
• Coordinate patient visits and prescreening.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Document changes in patient condition and report to supervisor.
• Maintain and create source documents and patient records.
• IRB reporting and quality control tasks.
• Laboratory collection and processing; basic pharmacy skills.
