Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring an LPN for a Primary Care Clinic in Cary, North Carolina. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week across 2 or 3 days, with the possibility of full-time hours if discussed with the manager.

Responsibilities include administering vaccines, injections, and medications; obtaining and documenting vitals; performing routine assessments; providing emergency care with the on-site provider; conducting medication reviews; documenting histories in the EHR; educating

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or family/internal medicine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications.
• Obtain, monitor, and document vital signs.
• Perform routine and complex patient assessments and monitor pain.
• Provide emergency care with on-site provider in emergent situations.
• Document patient medical histories, medications, allergies, and treatments in the EHR.
• Educate patients regarding medications, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate patient access to healthcare services and community resources.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and team members.
