Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals, and prepare them for treatment.
• Deliver patient education and onboarding support per protocol.
• Own infusion suite readiness: setup, turnover, and supplies.
• Handle delegated, non-clinical nursing tasks within scope.
• Document accurately in CareTend and the EHR.
• Follow up and reminder outreach to keep care on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe patient environment.
• Escalate clinical concerns to nursing promptly.
