Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with current LPN licensure.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Must have supervised clinical experience across the life span or 400 hours as LPN at another facility.

• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care and treatment.
• Work with interdisciplinary care team and maintain confidentiality.
