Riverside Health in Williamsburg, VA, is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support nursing teams under RN supervision. Competitive hourly pay with a $4,000 sign-on bonus, evaluated by experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include administering medications, upholding resident safety, and coordinating care plans to ensure quality outcomes. Work under nursing leadership to perform nursing tasks, supervise CNAs as needed, and document condition changes.

Qualifications

• Nursing experience preferred.
• LPN license required (VDHP upon hire).
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days after start.

Responsabilités

• Medications and treatments administered accurately per provider orders.
• Respect resident choices within safety and dignity, following policies.
• Assign duties to non-professional staff to ensure quality care.
• Engage team for optimal performance and address performance as needed.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of individual service plans.
• Identify changes in condition with proper documentation.
• Demonstrate consistent follow-through for positive outcomes.
