Job summary

Community Health Services in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to work part-time. You will assess patients, perform adult and pediatric nursing evaluations, and support lab and diagnostic follow-up under supervision.

Hours are Tue 8-5 and Thu 8-5. You will administer injections, document in the EHR, and communicate with providers, patients, and CHS staff while adhering to HIPAA and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current Ohio LPN license.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum of one year as an LPN preferred.
• Knowledge of documenting with EHR.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and perform nursing evaluations.
• Administer injections as needed.
• Perform adult and pediatric nursing assessments.
• Follow up on lab and diagnostic testing.
