Rochester Regional Health’s Clifton Springs Hospital is seeking an LPN Staff I to join the Emergency Services team. The role provides direct patient care under RN direction, with a focus on collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to support patient needs.

The position requires NY LPN licensure, graduation from an approved practical nursing program, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Shifts are rotating Day/Evening/Night, with every other weekend and holiday included.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Practical Nursing or equivalent.
• Current licensure in State of New York as an LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of the RN and care team.
• Administer medications and report outcomes per departmental protocol.
• Document patient care clearly in the electronic medical record.
• Prepare clinical areas and stocks for daily operations.
