• Implements nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Assists in development of teaching plans for health promotion and restoration.
• Cares for wounds with cleaning and dressing.
• Administers medications to offenders.
• Monitors vital signs and reports changes to medical staff.
• Documents actions in MAR and medical records.
