Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse for Tipton Correctional Center in Tipton, Missouri. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the guidance of RNs and medical staff, addressing a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Requirements include Missouri LPN license (or ability to obtain), IV certification, CPR and BLS, and a high school diploma or GED. Shift: Days, 6:00pm-6:30am, 24 hours/week with 2-12s.

Qualifications

• Missouri LPN license or ability to obtain one.
• IV certification required.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Corrections experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the scope of practice under supervision of RNs and medical staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
• Maintain and document patient care according to facility policies.
