American Senior Communities in Winamac, IN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Hickory Creek Winamac. This part-time position offers Days on Monday and Wednesday and Evenings 6-10 pm on Wednesdays and every other weekend, with earnings potential of $30-34/hour.

You will assess residents, document changes, and collaborate with care teams to promote well-being, guided by our C.A.R.E. values. Excellent communication is essential.

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
