Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per the care plan.
• Perform treatments as assigned per physician orders within scope of practice.
• Accurately report and record residents’ condition and changes.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines in all duties.
• Support unit operations as directed by management.
