Job summary

SAW, Inc. is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support adults with developmental disabilities in Beachwood and Galaxy Center. You will work with the Nursing Supervisor and an interdisciplinary team to promote health, safety, and wellbeing.

Required: Ohio LPN license, CPR/First Aid, driver’s license, and ability to complete trainings. Includes a $600 signing bonus, PTO/Holiday pay, paid training, and a 403-B match option.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Experience with developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain after hire.
• Ability to complete all required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Collect and report health information during assessments.
• Provide nursing services within LPN scope of practice.
• Assist in care plan development with RN.
• Monitor health status and safety concerns.
• Communicate findings to RN and care team.
• Maintain confidential health records.
• Administer medications and nursing procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Report abuse or concerns as required.
