Job summary

Lovesac in Rogers, AR is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming, engaging in-store experience and help customers design products to fit their space. If you’re passionate about sustainable, adaptable furniture and building relationships, this is a great fit for our Lovesac Retail Team.

You’ll engage customers, hit sales goals, demonstrate product knowledge, and maintain a positive store environment while supporting daily operations and a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide attentive service and build customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase and manage quotes.
• Perform store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards.
