Concord Hospitality in Moon Township, PA is seeking a friendly Lounge Bartender to join our team. You will set up the bar, take guest drink orders, craft cocktails to Beverage Standards, and help maintain a clean, organized service area.

This role emphasizes guest service, accuracy with checks, stock rotation, and safe liquor storage. Prior bartending experience preferred; punctuality and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Ability to follow safety and cash handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar and stock supplies.
• Break down bar, secure liquor, and store fruit and juices properly.
• Take drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order.
• Craft cocktails per Beverage Standards using standard jigger.
• Follow all check handling procedures and credit card policies.
• Complete opening/closing duties as listed.
• Check glassware and replace as needed.
• Stock ice and replenish stations.
• Clean floors in area of responsibility at end of shift.
• Empty and steam-clean trashcans at shift end.
• Manage inventory of sodas/juices and stock rotation.
• Stock and replenish beer in bottles/kegs as needed.
