Job summary

Capitol Kia, part of the Del Grande Dealer Group, is seeking a Lot Attendant/Porter to support the Service department by moving vehicles and keeping the lot organized. This role offers training, a values-driven culture, and exposure to cutting-edge technology in a high-volume Bay Area dealership.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a positive, customer-service oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the GM and dealership standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls and parking lots.
• Make key tags and handle inventory of vehicles.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.

As a Lot Attendant/Porter, you will help the Service department and Product Specialists, when moving vehicles from various locations.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the General Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls and parking lots
• Make key tags and handle inventory of vehicles
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations

What You Need To Bring To The Table

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality and eagerness to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Salary: $18.45-$30.00/hour

• Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
