Overview

Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet – 5101 E. Independence Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28212. Responsible for moving, cleaning, and refurbishing new and used cars. The Lot Attendant performs various tasks and errands for the dealership.


Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Moves and delivers cars.

  • Keeps car lot clean and orderly.

  • Cleans interior and exterior of vehicles.

  • Runs various errands for the dealership.

  • Maintains CSI at or above company standards.

  • Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.

Attendance Expectations

Regular and predictable attendance required. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.


Physical Demands

Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit; lift up to 50 pounds; frequent movement within dealership and outdoor car lot.


Environment Demands

Work performed indoors and outdoors; may be exposed to various work environments; interaction with employees from various departments and some contact with customers.


Verbal and Writing Ability

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.


Math Ability

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.


Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions; ability to deal with standardized situations.
