Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer II for a part-time role in OH. You will oversee access control, conduct safety and security audits, and assist with investigations and cycle counts.

The position requires flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on safety and incident prevention. Training and PPE use are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, observes, and supervises employees entering and exiting the building.
• Walks exterior and interior facility auditing safety/security.
• Monitors hazard materials storeroom and cleans spills.
• Supervises disposition of damaged items and moves to safe location.
• Conducts investigations, inventories, and cycle counts; uses computers.
• Reads SOPs, hears alarms, monitors CCTV; provides trainings.
• Performs housekeeping and keeps work areas clean.
