Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years in warehouse operations, shop labor, or logistics coordination.
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for off-site runs).
• Technical Skills: Basic computer apps, email, and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Equipment Skills: Ability to operate pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts (certification preferred).
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations and Material Handling: Retrieve, organize, and stage materials; operate equipment.
• Material Transit & On-Site Deliveries: Transport materials safely to storage and project sites; assist with loading and delivery, maintain vehicle logs.
• Shipment Receiving and Documentation: Verify shipments, file packing slips, and communicate statuses to teams.
• Inventory Management & Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate inventory logs and replenish supplies as needed.
• Professional Communication & Teamwork: Coordinate with Operations to meet deadlines and document communications.
• Computer and Data Entry Skills: Use basic computer tools to enter and maintain records.
