Job summary

Mills Fleet Farm e-Commerce Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Logistics Team Member specializing in Replenishment, Logistics, Receiving, Yard and Gate Guard to support fast-paced store operations in Wisconsin.

You will stock merchandise accurately, assist with receiving, stage freight, fulfill online orders, and manage gate operations with a focus on safety and efficiency. Flexible schedule, on-site work, forklift certification preferred, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock products from yard and warehouse for sales floor teams to stock.
• Assist in receiving all merchandise in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Split, sort, and stage incoming freight to be stocked by the stocking team.
• Move prepared freight to the sales floor in an organized, safe, and efficient manner.
• Ensure all freight is removed from the sales floor and carts are returned to the warehouse as appropriate.
• Fulfill internet orders through pick pack and ship process.
• Provide smooth traffic flow at the gate area with efficient and accurate customer service.
