Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Part-Time Logistics Team Member in Ankeny, IA to support replenishment, receiving, yard duties, and gate guard responsibilities. The role involves stocking, loading, unloading, and ensuring accurate merchandise placement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and be capable of operating a forklift and other material handling devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Ability to be certified to operate a forklift and other material handling devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock merchandise to ensure accurate placement and organization.
• Assist in receiving all merchandise in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
• Move freight from yard and warehouse to the sales floor as needed and maintain clean stock areas.
• Fulfill internet orders through pick, pack, and ship processes as required.
• Provide smooth traffic flow at the gate by delivering efficient customer service and verifying loads.
