Fastenal Co. is hiring a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist for the San Antonio, TX branch. You will deliver inventory, replenish vending equipment, and support customer needs on a local route.

Responsibilities include handling customer interactions during deliveries, placing orders, and maintaining equipment. This role provides a hands-on, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow within a Fortune 500 sector.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess a current full valid driver’s license.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Lift, slide, carry 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.
• Pass drug screening where required.

Responsabilités

• Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
• Perform replenishment and maintenance of vending equipment.
• Interact with customers during deliveries.
• Place and fulfill orders at customer sites.
• Perform other duties to support branch success.
