Job summary

Fastenal is seeking a Part-time Fulfillment Specialist for our Pleasanton, TX branch. You will participate in local deliveries, restock inventory, and service vending equipment while engaging with customers daily.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with a shift pattern from 7:00am to 5:00pm on weekdays and up to 28 hours per week. Training provided and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Possess a current valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer-service oriented
• Demonstrate attention to detail and sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Making deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites

• Interacting with customers while making deliveries
• Placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
