Job summary

Matthews International is seeking a PART‑TIME Delivery Professional for our Morristown, TN service center. You will deliver caskets to funeral homes in the surrounding area using company box trucks and vans, with a schedule of four days per week.

Starting pay is $21 per hour. Shift is 7am – Finish, with drivers typically working 25–29 hours weekly. You will be responsible for loading/unloading, paperwork, and maintaining a safe, efficient delivery operation.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery driver experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a current driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Ability to pass a DOT Physical and MVR Check.
• Maintain a safe driving record, demonstrating responsible and cautious driving behavior.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck to deliver products.
• Load trucks for delivery.
• Prepare products for delivery.
• Complete daily log book to record delivery activity.
• Unload trucks upon arrival at drop-off location and distribution center.
• Clean warehouse based upon location and company compliance standards.
• Put products away as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
