FloraLuna Beauty Bar in Keizer, Oregon, is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for a part-time role. The position offers a base pay of $20/hour during sessions, 10–20% commission, tips, and a flexible schedule. Build a regular clientele in a woman-owned spa with a supportive team.

You’ll provide customized massage treatments, maintain a calm environment, and communicate effectively with clients while promoting follow-up services as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon LMT license in good standing.
• Personal professional liability insurance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage treatments based on client needs and goals.
• Create a safe, comfortable, relaxing experience for every client.
• Perform a variety of massage techniques with focus on relaxation and pain relief.
• Communicate professionally with clients and educate about follow-up services.
• Maintain knowledge of anatomy, physiology and current massage practices.
• Support a clean, welcoming treatment space and assist with light housekeeping.
