Job summary

City of Edina is seeking a year-round part-time Customer Service Representative for its liquor stores. Responsibilities include operating a POS register, assisting with online orders, and delivering orders throughout the City of Edina, with a flexible 12–20 hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior retail liquor or general retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run a POS register and process transactions accurately.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service to all patrons.
• Stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and assist with displays and signage.
• Assist with deliveries and online orders, including carry-outs and phone inquiries.
• Support daily store operations and team communication as needed.
