The Tradition Senior Living is a Texas-based Luxury Senior Living organization focused on excellence and resident care. We are seeking a Part-time Line Cook at our Dallas Prestonwood community to prepare meals with high-quality presentation, following approved recipes and guides, while maintaining sanitation and inventory.

Reports to the Executive Chef and supports Food & Beverage operations. The role emphasizes timely meal preparation, safe kitchen practices, and adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience cooking in a restaurant setting.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of restaurant-style service.
• Ability to read and follow recipes with good judgment and time management.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to approved recipes and preparation guides.
• Maintain sanitation of kitchen and service areas.
• Assist with receiving and inventory of supplies.
• Ensure safety, sanitary environment and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee quality and timeliness of meal service.
