MR WEST HOLDINGS LLC is hiring for a part-time kitchen role at our café bars in Seattle, where we celebrate coffee, food, wine, and cocktails. You will support kitchen operations and coffee/bar service in a fast-paced team environment.

Starting at $21.30 per hour with tips averaging up to $26 per hour, up to 25 hours weekly, and opportunities for advancement and education within the company. Must have Food Handler and MAST certifications and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in high-volume, full-service kitchen.
• Knowledge of proper food and drink handling & storage.
• Valid Food Handler and MAST Certification required.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing kitchen cleanliness and organization and follow safe food handling practices.
• Support Sous Chef with ordering, inventory, recipe development, and daily prep lists.
• Ensure quality control and menu education for Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Prepare and execute hot kitchen items per standardized recipes and portions.
• Maintain high quality standards in coffee, bar, and food programs.
• Assist teammates to meet business needs.
• Support training for kitchen staff.
