British Swim School instructors teach survival skills and learn-to-swim techniques to children and adults following our gentle, progressive aquatics program that emphasizes safety and confidence.

This part-time role requires a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week. Training is paid, and there are growth opportunities as the school expands. Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in the water and able to swim.
• Enjoy working with children and families.
• Positive attitude; strong communication.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Preferred: experience teaching, coaching, babysitting, caregiving, or customer service.
• Lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Teach water survival and swim lessons using our curriculum.
• Communicate with families in a friendly, supportive way.
• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment.
