Job summary

Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC seeks live models for drawing classes in the Department of Design. Models will pose actively or at rest to support life-drawing studies, with sessions ranging from 30 seconds to an hour and short breaks as needed. No prior modeling experience is required.

You must be able to move between poses, hold positions briefly, and follow instructor cues. Please bring your own clothing; all body types are welcome.

Qualifications

• Models of all body types are eligible.
• The work does require models to be able to move, with intention, from one pose to the next, as well as being able to hold their position for relatively short durations of time for purposes of life drawing.
• Models must be able to take cues from the instructor.
• No prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Models will hold poses, both active and resting, for drawing studies.
• Sessions vary from 30 seconds to a few minutes of active posing or 5 minutes to an hour of resting posing, with breaks.
