Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians in Waco, TX to provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. Clinicians must hold Texas licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and be available for at least 15 sessions with 20 hours per week.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, with paid orientation and training. Bi-weekly pay, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, CEU reimbursement, and supervisor opportunities are offered.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Texas — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $53,700.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
