Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Georgia to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Smyrna, GA. The role requires independent licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) and a minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.

You will work with a diverse client base and contribute to a growing clinical community. Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, enabling you to focus on delivering quality care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• Able to commit to a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Demonstrates progress-oriented care and measurable client outcomes
• Comfortable using telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) tools
• A collaborative teammate contributing to a growing clinical community

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across telehealth and in-person sessions
• Maintain a consistent schedule with at least 20 hours of weekly availability (15+ sessions)
• Engage in teamwork and supervision within Thriveworks clinical community
• Utilize telehealth technology and EHR tools to document and track client progress
• Contribute to a supportive, learning-focused clinical environment
