Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Kalamazoo, MI. The role supports a nationwide hybrid care model with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, and a goal to build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

You will work with diverse clients across age groups, including couples and children, delivering evidence-based care and measurable progress while leveraging EHR tools and telehealth platforms.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Michigan — LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Comfortable working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
