Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Maryland to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. You will join a clinician-led organization with a large nationwide network and comprehensive support.

The role offers flexible scheduling, a full caseload within 90 days, and opportunities for growth across states. Eligible LICs include LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, PhD, with compensation up to $53,200 based on licensure, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an independently recognized Maryland clinical license.
• Available to handle at least 15 sessions weekly and 20 hours.
• Experience with telehealth and a generalist practice including couples/children.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Maintain session notes and progress reporting.
