Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Paramus, NJ.

We support credentialing, scheduling, and training, with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET and a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

As a W2 employee, you’ll receive bi-weekly pay, a 401(k) match, PTO, CEU reimbursement, and opportunities for paid clinical supervisor roles in select states.

Formación

• Licensed in NJ (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and able to practice in New Jersey.
• Available for at least 20 hours weekly and 15 sessions monthly minimum.
• Comfortable using telehealth and modern clinical technology.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in New Jersey — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $60,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
