Thriveworks in Norfolk, Virginia is hiring licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. You'll build a steady caseload with administrative support, credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing assistance from Thriveworks.

Independently licensed in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD), you will commit to at least 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability, and work across weekdays, seven days a week.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Norfolk, Virginia. About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Virginia — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $55,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
