Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for clients at our Orlando, FL location with a nationwide hybrid care model.

You will work both telehealth and in-person sessions, maintain a full caseload within 90 days, and enjoy flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Thriveworks supports credentialing, billing, and marketing, and offers growth opportunities in supervisor roles.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Florida — LMHC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist.
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with telehealth and EHR tools.
• A good teammate—we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients.
