Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Leominster, MA to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Clinicians must hold MA licenses (LICSW/LMFT/LMHC) or be licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) and reside in MA.

The role offers guaranteed compensation with growth opportunities and a supportive clinical team. We value autonomy with access to supervision, marketing support, and a no-ghosting scheduling process.

Qualifications

• Self-directed notes completed within 24 hours.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Leominster, MA.

Qualifications:

All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Massachusetts:

• LICSW or LMFT or LMHC

• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing

Compensation: Up to $74,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 15 sessions per week

• Behavioral Health Generalists - open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support!)

• Candidates that may be looking to grow into leadership roles/supervisors

• Self guided determination to complete your notes inside of 24 hours

• Strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability and quality of care to name a few
