Job summary

Thriveworks is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our clients in Kalamazoo, Michigan, across a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions. You may be a good fit if you are independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD), reside in Michigan, and can commit to at least 20 hours of availability weekly with 15 sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to clients across Kalamazoo via telehealth and in-person sessions
• Manage a full caseload with a focus on measurable client progress
• Collaborate with a clinical team and participate in supervision/continuing education as available
• Engage with credentialing, scheduling and administrative support to maximize direct patient care time

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Michigan — LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation Up to $65,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
