Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians in Texas to deliver a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions from Cedar Park, TX. The role supports a nationwide hybrid care model with flexible scheduling.

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care, manage a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, and use modern clinical tech, including telehealth and EHR tools, to track progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Texas-licensed clinician (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) in good standing.
• Able to commit to at least 15 sessions weekly and 20 hours.
• Flexible to provide telehealth and in-person care.
• Dedicated to measurable client progress and care quality.

Responsibilities

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Cedar Park, TX.

About The Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Texas — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $53,700.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
