Job summary

Thriveworks in Fredericksburg, VA is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. We welcome LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist) and expect you to maintain Virginia licensure and a steady caseload. We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus paid orientation and training.

You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days, with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinicians in Virginia with LPC/LMFT/LCSW or PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Able to provide 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Fredericksburg, Virginia. About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Virginia — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $55,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
