Job summary

Thriveworks Clinical - Illinois, P.C. in Evergreen Park, IL is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling and marketing, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You can build a full caseload within 90 days with flexible scheduling seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Active IL licensure as LCPC/LMFT/LCSW or psychologist.
• Available for 20 hours weekly with a minimum of 15 sessions.
• Open to diverse client populations including couples and children.

Responsibilities

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Evergreen Park, IL.

About the Role

We are hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Illinois - LCPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate - we are building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation Up to $60,300.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
